Hand-painted and customizable artwork

Each artwork is made by hand. Slight variations in color, texture, and brushwork make every artwork unique and are part of the character of original handmade artwork.

• Custom artwork may be requested by size, color, subject, details, or an approved reference image.
• Before production begins, we will confirm the design details, price, timeline, and shipping method.
• For custom artwork, we may send progress photos or videos for your review. Shipping will be arranged after the artwork is completed and any required approval is confirmed.

Shipping policy summary

• Monet Oil Arts currently provides standard delivery within the United States. If your delivery address is outside the United States, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm whether special shipping is available.
• Standard shipping within the United States is free and included in the artwork price. Special shipping arrangements, if available, may require additional charges confirmed before shipment.
• Most artworks are hand-painted and prepared within 7-10 calendar days. After shipment, standard delivery usually takes another 7-10 calendar days.
• Total estimated delivery time is usually 10-20 calendar days after order confirmation, including artwork preparation and shipping.
• Delivery estimates are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier backlogs, weather, holidays, address issues, customs or security checks, or other circumstances outside our control.
• We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, or specialized art-shipping services depending on the artwork size, value, destination, and packing requirements.
• Tracking information will be sent when available after shipment. Tracking numbers may take a few days to become active in the carrier system.

Return & Refund Policy summary

• If the artwork you receive materially differs from the description or images shown on our official website, you may request a return, replacement, repaint, exchange, or refund. Please include your order number and clear photos so our team can review the issue.
• If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@monetoilarts.com with clear photos of the artwork, outer packaging, and any visible damage.
• You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. The artwork must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with secure packaging.
• Custom artwork cannot be returned for personal preference after delivery. If you cancel a custom order before shipment, a $100 material fee may be deducted. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after shipment or delivery.
• For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related return fees.
• Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the approved return. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, and your bank or payment provider may take another 7-14 business days to post the refund.
