Return & Refund Policy summary

- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. The artwork must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with secure packaging.
- Custom artwork cannot be returned for personal preference after delivery. If you cancel a custom order before shipment, a $100 material fee may be deducted. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after shipment or delivery.
- For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related return fees.
- Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the approved return. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, and your bank or payment provider may take another 7-14 business days to post the refund.
