Monet Oil Arts carefully prepares and packs every hand-painted artwork so it can arrive safely. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

Monet Oil Arts currently provides standard delivery within the United States. If your delivery address is outside the United States, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm whether special shipping is available.

2. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping within the United States is free and included in the artwork price. If a special shipping arrangement is requested or required, any additional cost will be confirmed with you before shipment.

3. Artwork Preparation Time

Most artworks are hand-painted and prepared within 7-10 calendar days. This period may include creation, drying, quality inspection, approval communication, and packing.

For custom artwork, we may send progress photos or videos for your review. Shipping will be arranged after the artwork is completed and any required approval is confirmed.

4. Shipping Time

After shipment, standard delivery usually takes 7-10 calendar days depending on the carrier, destination, package size, and service availability.

Total estimated delivery time is usually 10-20 calendar days after order confirmation, including artwork preparation and shipping.

Delivery estimates are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier backlogs, weather, holidays, address issues, customs or security checks, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Shipping Methods and Packaging

We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, or specialized art-shipping services depending on the artwork size, value, destination, and packing requirements.

• Rolled canvas: Canvas-only artwork may be rolled and shipped in a protective hard tube.
• Stretched or framed artwork: Finished artwork may be shipped flat in a reinforced box or protective crate with cushioning materials.
• Oversized or high-value artwork: Special packaging or art-shipping services may be used when needed.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking numbers may take a few days to become active in the carrier system after shipment.

7. Shipping Insurance

Monet Oil Arts provides shipping protection for artwork while it is in transit to you. If an artwork is damaged or lost during delivery, contact us promptly at info@monetoilarts.com with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging so we can review the claim and help resolve it.

8. Multiple Artwork Orders

When possible, multiple artworks from the same order will ship together. In some cases, items may ship separately because of size, drying time, packaging requirements, or carrier limits.

9. Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing an order. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional reshipment costs may apply.
